Day 1

We begin our adventures in the Catalonia burg of Alghero. The area is rich in ancient history that is alive with stories and legends. Enjoy a restful afternoon at the beautiful Ponte Conte Regional Park. A mountain bike excursion through the park loosens the legs for the week’s adventures.

Day 2

Awake refreshed with yoga. A free day to explore. Arrange a boat ride to Neptune’s Grotto or a private excursion through Alghero. The location is perfect for anyone interested in diving, climbing, surfing or sailing. This evening, be sure to view the spectacular sunset.

Day 3

A morning hike before our voyage begins along the coast where miles of breath-taking mountains meet the transparent calm sea. Today, we stop in Bosa, an undiscovered gem made up of middle age structures and beautiful beaches. An evening of exquisite cuisine and tasting the local wine and olive oil, while we are enchanted by Sardinia’s finest folk music.

Day 4

Join us in the serene herb garden for gentle yoga. A free day to wander the grand beauty of Sardinia’s interior landscape. Discover the secret ancient village hidden inside the Tiscali mountains or explore the magnificent canyons and archeological sites. Organize a creative course or a cooking class. Later, a majestic evening of star gazing.

Day 5

A morning yoga in the herb garden. Our voyage today will take us to the Giant Tombs of Coddu Vecchju and the Nuraghe village constructed during the Bronze age. We assist in the excavation of this ancient civilization, so get your shuffles and picks out! Our day ends on Sardinia’s Emerald Coast. A tourist destination for the rich and famous.

Day 6

A morning yoga on the beach before breakfast, then we set sail to La Maddalena to discover the traditional food and beverages of Northern Sardinia and explore the far corners of the Archipelago National Park. A chance to observe the marine ecosystem up close and a chance to spot dolphins.

Day 7

A morning walk to watch the sun break the horizon. A free day of adventures. Today, the options are endless: charter a boat, try deep sea fishing or cruise to Bonifacio, Corsica across the way. An evening celebration savoring the memories and sharing stories of our Sardinian voyage.

Day 8

Our last morning of yoga under the bright blue sky along the crystal-clear waters. Breathe deep the salty air and succulent maquis shrubland, before we bid a fond farewell to this ancient and exotic island.
